Mental health is health! As a client you will learn how mental health affects the body and implement skills and techniques to get back to your regular functioning and maintaining your life. Interventions such as Mindfulness, Hypnotherapy, DBT, and others help the mind and body to work together towards achieving their therapy goals and maintain them.
